Hello I am Anne Neate and I run Alouette Property Management. I moved to France to enjoy all of the attributes of this vibrant, relaxed country and its Arte de Vivre. Having managed properties now on four different continents I settled in the south west of France to make my home and business.
With a background in luxury properties and hospitality I wanted to offer my knowledge, skill set to assist my Clients with the upkeep and care of their French property. Every Client receives the highest level of attention to detail and delivered cost effectively.
Moving from another country brought specific challenges, finding the right property, learning the local areas and understanding their love of meticulous paperwork for everything. Sourcing the correct tradesmen and applying for permits takes time and needs to be researched and well planned.
